This outreach mission includes handing out literature\, preaching\, testimonies and prayer. Is God calling you out of your comfort zone? You do NOT have to speak German. English is widely spoken in Berlin. Team members will be staying in a hostel\, 4 per room\, including a European breakfast and using mass transit while in Berlin. Participants need to be in good health and be able travel around a city all day and repeat this schedule for 7 more days in a row. DESCRIPTION:Early next year (Jan. 2026) North Way will be taking a team to Thailand to learn what God is doing through our global partners Bill and Susie Antolec. Team members will gain an understanding of Thai culture and learn about the challenges faced by high school and college students that Bill and Susie work with. These students are from marginalized tribal hill families who cannot afford education beyond ninth grade. The team will help partner in their further education by conducting English camps at the two local schools. In addition to working with these students\, they will also pray with and learn about the struggles faced by families living with HIV. SUMMARY:East Liberty Ministry Hub - Community Day
DESCRIPTION:Join Pastor Bryan McCabe at the North Way Ministry Hub in East Liberty for a Rooted serving opportunity from 10am to 2pm on Saturday\, March 22nd. We will spend some time together learning about the mission and vision of the Hub\, and preparing for a time of prayer walking and street outreach in the East Liberty neighborhood. We will serve a meal (details will be worked out with the groups that signs up). Any food that is not distributed through street outreach will be willingly consumed by the hungry teenagers at the Hub’s after school program later in the week. There are several parking lots and garages in East Liberty that can be utilized for longer term parking\, or street parking that needs updated every couple of hours. Just park and head to the Hub located at 717 Highland Ave\, Pittsburgh\, PA 15206. The entrance to the new street level Hub space is located on Highland Avenue between Margaux restaurant and the Allegheny County Assistance Office entrance.

Pastor Bryan McCabe is offering several new training opportunities in 2025 specifically focused on best practices for urban ministry and Christian community development. This lifesaving care starts with one person making a generous donation.\nOn August 18th at the Beaver Valley location\, you will have the opportunity to give blood between 9am and 2pm. The need for blood is constant. But only about 3% of age-eligible people donate blood yearly. When you give\, you can help the American Red Cross make sure that supply meets demand! See you then!

Participants will do a deep dive into what the Bible says about serving people on the margins of society as an extension of our faith in Jesus. Also\, those who attend the training will come away with practical strategies for making a positive impact with their time and resources that can be applied in any community or neighborhood.
